What countries tax returns can you complete?
Godiva Tax Services can assist in the completion and filing of UK and US tax returns, both for current and prior years.  US returns can include federal, State, FBAR, FATCA and Streamlined filing.

Do you offer telephone or email consultancy?
Of course - these are available as with any "bricks and mortar" style accountancy firm.

Do you offer fixed fees?
Yes. Because we aim to be as upfront as we can be with our customers about our pricing, we make it a priority to establish flat fees whenever possible. Our pricing includes the most common forms and schedules that most clients, be they expats or not, need to file.

If you need any additional forms or schedules, we are happy to prepare those for you as well, and a full quote will be provided in advance of us starting work.

As you can imagine, in most instances, our customers do not need additional forms or schedules filed on their behalf. But for those customers with more complex tax situations, we do our best to make the pricing as clear as possible in advance..

How do you invoice?
We can invoice in any currency you wish.  Due to where are clients are, this generally means GBP or USD, but we have also invoiced in Euros, New Zealand Dollars, Australian Dollars and Brazilian Reals.  The choice is yours.

Invoices tend to be sent via PayPal invoicing, for ease, but if you prefer to make a bank transfer, we can provide UK and Australian bank account details.  

Can Godiva e-file for me?
For the vast majority of our customers, Godiva can arrange the e-filing your tax return with the UK Revenue and IRS on your behalf. There are some cases in which the various Revenue authorities do not allow e-filing, such as if you are filing late and/or for multiple tax years at one time. In that case, we will inform you and provide you with instructions to file a signed paper version. Then, you will need to sign the form, and submit directly to the relevant Revenue authority.

Do I have to complete multiple returns or can I just get one country's returns completed with Godiva?
Most people only need one country's returns completed but there are plenty of expats out there who may need to file in 2 or even 3 jurisdictions.  In short, yes, you can pick and choose, thought naturally if you do need to make multiple filings, it makes sense to have Godiva handle all at the same time.
